The all-inclusive

For up to 15 children

$325 + HST

Includes:

  • Two hours of time in one of our party themed rooms – includes admission to the village for adults and guests
  • 15 kid meals, including 15 beverages
  • Print-out invitation cards (to be emailed)
  • We allow up to 5 adults per party, however, please note that party rooms are set up according to the number of children attending the party, not adults
  • Unlimited coffee and/or tea for adults attending the party
  • Host on-site for set up, assistance during the party, and cleanup
  • One pass for a complimentary return trip for birthday child
  • All guests are welcome to stay and explore the village afterward
  • Plates, napkins, cutlery, and condiments included
  • $20.00 for each additional child
  • In order to manage capacity, there will be a charge of $8.00 for each additional adult
  • Unused items and food not eaten will not be discounted or substituted

Package B:
Bring Your Own Party

For up to 15 children

$220 + HST

Includes:

  • Two hours of time in one of our party themed rooms – includes admission to the village for adults and guests
  • We allow up to 5 adults per party, however, please note that party rooms are set up according to the number of children attending the party, not adults.
  • Food, beverages, condiments, and serving utensils are the responsibility of the hosting parent(s)
    NOTE: We do not allow food with nuts, peanuts, or tree nuts.)
  • Our staff is not responsible for setting, serving, or hosting food that is not provided by The Pearl Hummingbird
  • Food deliveries are not allowed inside the facility and will not be accepted. Please bring in all your food with you upon arrival
  • Host on-site for clean up only
  • One pass for a complimentary return trip for birthday child
  • All guests are welcome to stay and explore the village afterward
  • $15.00 for each additional child

Additional information:

  • Children 24 months – 12 years old are included in the admission count. Children under 24 months are not charged
  • We have limited high chairs available upon request
  • For Packages A & B, parties are 2 hours.  Extra half-hour can be reserved for a fee of $40 up to maximum of 2 additional hours
  • We ask that hosting parent(s) and their guests should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of the party
  • We do not handle the birthday cake. The birthday cake is the responsibility of the hosting parent(s) and will remain within the party room at all times
  • Shoes must be worn at all times – with the exception of the Recreation Room. If weather conditions are rain/snow, please bring indoor shoes. This is so we can maintain a clean, safe and hygienic facility for all our guests

Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable, non-transferable $50.00 deposit is required to reserve your booking date and time for package A & B

Balance must be paid in full before the end of the party

In the event of a birthday party cancellation, we kindly request a 48 hour notice. If cancellations are made under 48 hours of the party booking, the hosting parent(s) will be responsible for payment of the full balance of the party

We reserve the right to charge $25 per 15 minutes for parties that stay overtime in the party room

Hosting parent(s) are responsible for supervising all children and their guests attending the birthday party

Children who are unwell during their visit will be kindly asked to leave the premises for risk of infection to other patrons. Sorry, but no exceptions will be made when children are unwell as our reputation for hygiene and safety is paramount

Outside food and drinks are permitted; however, food must be nut-free

In the event you would prefer to bring outside food, our staff are not responsible for the setting, serving or hosting of foods not provided by The Pearl Hummingbird

Absolutely no alcohol is permitted anywhere in the facility at any time

We allow food and drinks in the party rooms, café and corridor. Please be respectful of our facility and dispose of waste in the waste bins

After eating, children MUST wash their hands and face before returning to the village

No candies, gummies or hard sweets are allowed in the village

No substitutions or discounts for any unused party package items

All party items must remain in the party room at all times (balloons, party hats, loot bag items, toys etc)

In order to maintain a safe environment for your children, we are unable to allow latex balloons, piñatas, glitter, confetti, or face painting. No exceptions. In the event these items are brought into the facility, additional clean up charges will apply

Please do not bring any glass or breakable containers or dinnerware

Electrical devices such as kettles, crock pots and griddles are not permitted

No tape, adhesive or mounting apparatus will be permitted during your party booking anywhere in the facility.
