This cost is for the rental of the entire facility including the party rooms and does not include any food or beverages. You are welcome to bring in your own food as long as it is nut-free.

- We have limited high chairs available upon request
- We ask that hosting parent(s) and their guests should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of the booking time
- If the facility rental is being used for a birthday party, we do not handle the birthday cake. The birthday cake is the responsibility of the hosting parent(s) and will remain within the party room at all times
- Shoes must be worn at all times – with the exception of the Recreation Room. If weather conditions are rain/snow, please bring indoor shoes. This is so we can maintain a clean, safe and hygienic facility for all our guests
Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable, non-transferable $100.00 deposit is required to reserve your booking date and time
Balance must be paid in full before the start of the booking
In the event of a cancellation, we kindly request 48 hour notice. If cancellations are made under 48 hours of the booking, the hosting parent(s) will be responsible for payment in full
Hosting parent(s) are responsible for supervising all children and their guests attending the event
Children who are unwell during their visit will be kindly asked to leave the premises for risk of infection to other patrons. Sorry, but no exceptions will be made when children are unwell as our reputation for hygiene and safety is paramount
Outside food and drinks are permitted; however, food must be nut-free
In the event you would prefer to bring outside food, our staff are not responsible for the setting, serving or hosting of foods not provided by The Pearl Hummingbird
We allow food and drinks in the party rooms, café and corridor only. Please be respectful of our facility and dispose of waste in the waste bins
After eating, children MUST wash their hands and face before returning to the village
No candies, gummies or hard sweets are allowed in the village
No substitutions or discounts for any unused time
All party items must remain in the party room at all times (balloons, party hats, loot bag items, toys etc)
In order to maintain a safe environment for your children, we are unable to allow latex balloons, piñatas, glitter, confetti, or face painting. No exceptions. In the event these items are brought into the facility, additional clean up charges will apply
Please do not bring any glass or breakable containers or dinnerware
Electrical devices such as kettles, crock pots and griddles are not permitted
No tape, adhesive or mounting apparatus will be permitted during your party booking anywhere in the facility.
